Nanjing Scandinavian Industrial Campus invests SEK 100 million in office and industrial real estate in Nanjing China.

NSIC invests in 140 000 sqm land in Nanjing Jiangning Science Park and develops in Phase 1 a total of 26 000 sqm office and industrial facilities to be ready in Q4, 2007. The facilities will be rented to small and medium sized Scandinavian enterprises planning an establishment in China.

NSIC offers a complete service for setting up a business in China, including legal establishment and contacts with banks and authorities. NSIC is owned and managed by Swedes with long experience doing business with China.

Nanjing Jiangning Science Park is a high-tech industrial park that is part of the larger Nanjing Jiangning Economic & Technological Development Zone where 1700 international companies, including 30 of Forbes-Top-500.

Many Swedish companies are now establishing businesses in China. In 2005 around 50 companies were established and in 2006 around 100.
